RT: Cave I/II Non-Cert

This course is designed to present the most current, specialized cave rescue techniques to those individuals, groups, agencies and others interested in or charged with the responsibility of performing high angle, cliff, pit or cave rescue. The course is presented in seminar form, using both classroom and field work stressing hands-on training for students. The instructional team will consist of HCRU Instructors. This course meets the NFPA 1006: Chapter 18 Qualifications for Rescue Technician: Cave Rescue. The course subjects include all phases of cave rescue organization and management.
